Join us for a family friendly educational outing in nature. We'll have fun, we'll explore, and we'll learn! Families with children will join us as we discover, run, climb, and play in nature! On this adventure we will learn the many ways nature can support our children in their growth and development while cultivating curiosity and wonder about the natural world. Nature based educator, Jim Bowen will show us ways we can make learning fun while exploring our local landscape. As a group with families, we will engage in games, art projects, and free play as we uncover new ways to build confidence, sustain attention, and nurture well being. Families with children ages 5 through 12 will benefit significantly from this outing. Younger siblings are welcomed with parent supervision and support.
