Orange cat,needs help

I found a orange cat in my neighborhood and shes in terrible shape and i know theres no way i can possibly fund to help her. Shes super skinny and diarhea so bad and its stuck all on her tail. She eats and drinks normal but she refuses to let me put any water near her she freaks out. She's got a will to live amd a sweet cat but i just cannot do it. Anyone willing to vet her and give her a good life. I dont see putting her down giving her a chance to live. She clearly wants to. Ive tried worming,anti diarhea meds. Nothing is changing. Shes currently in a cage in my house. Id hate to put her back outside.
