Raise awareness about Human Trafficking and learn what's being done to help rescue victims and to save our children from becoming victims. Information tables and STOP TRAFFICKING signs will be provided. $10 donation requested but not required. 10 am: Registration, Info Tables and Sign Pickup 10:30 am: Guest Speaker Summer Stephan in Fellowship Hall room at the church 1 1 am: One and one-half mile Walk roundtrip from Church, south on Melrose Drive to Sunset Drive and back to church SPEAKER: Summer Stephan, San Diego District AttorneyHosted by SOROPTIMIST INTERNATIONAL OF VISTA and NORTH COUNTY INLAND Soroptimist International of Vista and North County Inland is a worldwide volunteer service organization for business and professional women, working to improve the lives of women and girls in local communities and throughout the world. Almost 95,000 Soroptimists in about 120 countries and territories contribute time and financial support to community-based and international projects that benefit women and girls. SI Vista and North County Inland was chartered on March 23, 1953 and has approximately 40 active members. We are part of the Desert Coast Region, Soroptimist International of the Americas. Our club holds luncheon meetings at noon the first and third Fridays of each month in Vista. We occasionally hold evening program meetings to accommodate members who are unable to attend meetings during the day. Please see our website for latest information.
