2nd Annual West Houston Car Show at Paetow High School - April 24th 2021 23111 Stockdick School Rd. Katy, TX 77493 2021 Vendor Application One chair is provided for each booth. $45.00 – 11.5 ft by 11.5ft covered, outdoor booth $60.00 - Vendor registration, Car Show T-Shirt, Lunch All booths are outdoors, covered, and are approx. 11.5 ft x 11.5 ft of space. Booth Guidelines Set up begins Saturday, April 25, 2020 from 7:00am - 8:30am Your booth is expected to be ready 30 minutes prior to the start of the show at 9am. Freestanding displays only are allowed and must fit within the allotted booth area. (No display may be secured to the building, walls or floor by nails, tape or other adhesives) A rep must be at your table to show and sell items at all times from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Exhibits are not to be disassembled before 2:00 p.m. the day of the show. Each exhibitor is responsible for sales tax and monies from items purchased at his/her table. Due to limited space, we ask that children under the age of twelve (12) not spend the day at the show with you. You may NOT change the contents of your booth to items other than those we have approved on your application. If you have non-approved items, you will be asked to remove them from your display. YOU MAY NOT ADD ANOTHER CRAFTER’S ITEMS TO YOUR BOOTH OR SHARE A BOOTH WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION. Tables must be covered to the floor. No smoking and or alcohol are allowed on school premises. Booth space must be cleared by 3:30 p.m. the day of the show. There will be no refunds for cancellations. Tables, Chairs and Electricity will not be provided. Tables can be rented for $10 per table. The West Houston Car Show will operate weather permitting. Refunds will not be given for bad weather, however, you will have priority and your booth fee will roll over for the next year. Brisket sandwiches are available for purchase the day of the event. **All vendors are REQUIRED to move your vehicle prior to the start of the show. Vendor parking is located in the front parking lot of Stockdick Jr. High (facing Peek Rd).
