Free All-Level Community Yoga in Dickenson County, Virginia Suitable for all students from beginners to advanced. Classes are taught by an instructor who is trained to use yoga to promote health, resiliency and post-traumatic growth, particularly in military community. Each participant is required to register at no cost and sign a waiver and release of liability document.
