Weekly Cold Plunge & Coffee Meetup Join us for weekly ice baths to sharpen your body, mind, nervous and immune systems. We have experienced cold plungers and first-timers join us all the time, everyone is welcome. Please RSVP and bring your own towel. We have a heater and stationary bikes onsite to help warm up afterward. This event is FREE - we rely on donations to cover the costs of supplying ice and coffee. We appreciate you helping us build this community!
