Join us for this post-Thanksgiving gong bath as will we envelop ourselves in deep relaxing tones and the balancing sounds of singing bowls, a sansula and rainstick – among other instruments. This soundscape will cascade over you providing grounding energy to any anxiety and working to wash away energy blocks that may prevent you from the full realization of gratitude.
During this session we'll be focused on transforming your thoughts around the holidays from stress to gratitude. As we ease into gratitude, notice how it transforms your approach to the holidays by allowing you to embody the joy and love that is the foundation of what we share during this time. It activates a sense of calm and desire to be of service.
A gentle meditation, one gong bath leaves you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated--sometimes for days afterwards. A good way to bring more ease and a sense of calm into the planning of the next set of holidays. Don't forget your crystals for charging! Particularly receptive to these vibrations are rose quartz, clear quartz, tiger's eye, amethyst, blue apatite--though any crystal you use for healing is welcome.
