'Tis the Season as we host a Toy Drive and Celebration, supporting the Plaza de la Raza Community This holiday season, we have nine organizations uniting to support the Plaza de la Raza community with a toy drive. Join us on Thursday, December 2nd at Plaza de la Raza at 6:30 pm for our 4th annual holiday celebration & Toy Drive. We're seeking to donate 700+ toys this year to families in need. Event Participation: This event is FREE for members of all ages. Toy or monetary donations are highly encouraged. How to donate: Amazon wish list- Donate via our Amazon wishlist (select Plaza as the delivery location). Amazon donations will be accepted until 12.15 In-person donations- Bring an unwrapped toy to the celebration on 12.2. Toys should be for children (ages 8-17). In-person donations will be accepted until 12.16Monetary donations- Will be accepted by Plaza de la Raza via Venmo or Paypal. Monetary donations are accepted on an ongoing basis.Dress Code: The venue is outdoors so we suggest warm clothing. Holiday Ugly Sweaters are welcome. Food: We're excited to announce that Fire Burgers LA will be on-site providing delicious food for purchase. Venmo & Zelle accepted. Beverage: We will have a mix of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages on-site. Parking: Free on-site parking is provided Safety Procedures: In accordance with Los Angeles health and safety guidelines, all guests will be asked to provide proof of vaccination OR a negative COVID result dated within three days of the event. Widely known as the "Premier Hispanic Organization," NSHMBA serves 32 chapters and 8,000 members in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. It exists to foster Hispanic leadership through graduate management education and professional development. NSHMBA works to prepare Hispanics for leadership positions throughout the U.S., so that they can provide the cultural awareness and sensitivity vital in the management of the nation's diverse workforce
