Please join me, Dr. Michele, in a morning of intention setting, mindset development, and mindfulness training as we enter into 2022.
In this Psychologist/Coach led workshop, you will generate motivation, have fun, discover new skills, and socialize all at the same time! Attend alone or bring your friends!Participants will create vision boards and motivational bracelets while learning about intention and goal setting as well as mindset development. The practice of mindfulness will be discussed and mindfulness exercises taught. Check-in will be from 8:00am-8:30. Coffee and continental breakfast will be served.
