Looking for a reliable guy that can be away from home for increments of 10-14 days at a time with 3 day breaks in between. This is a position for a moving helper, I drive a 18 wheeler semi truck so you need to live with me for this time in the truck and we must be able to get along. If you reading this and are easy going and willing to learn everything, work hard when needed, watch and listen to directions then you are the one who should reply to this message. We move people’s personal belongings so we have to be clean cut, professional and courteous. I work for a big carrier so we are expected to offer a certain level of professionalism and etiquette. Just had to drop my last guy due to alcoholism issues, great guy but when you pay him he goes off the deep end and binge drinks for 3 days. Have no time for that kind of behavior, please real inquiries do not waste my time. I will have to meet you and see what you are about before I wander off cross country with you. I need someone with some kind of ID, no license no problem but do not reach out if you are not willing to show me identification of who you are or pull some shady business, I am not the one. So job works like this, I drive around 11hrs per day and really need your help for the offloads usually 2-4 hrs per day and 8-10hrs per day when we have big deliveries. Of course after that you might have a whole day or two that I am just driving so you have to do absolutely nothing but keep the truck clean with me and spot me if necessary. If you can lift over 50lbs, is physically able to maneuver and is not afraid to work when the time comes please reach out I want you on my team. You have to be physically fit to do this, not a bodybuilder but if you cannot comfortably go up and down a flight of stairs with 50lbs in your arms for dozens of times with no issues you are not physically fit for this. Please absolutely: -NO DRUGS -NO ALCOHOLICS -NO FUNNY BUSINESS I would prefer a non-smoker, I quit a few years back and since I no longer smoke the smell bothers me. It’s been hard finding a good guy to run with me since the stimulus money started, people do not want to work and are expecting more and more pay in return for less work. You can make good money working with me if I see potential in you and if you are attentive and clean. I cannot stress the clean factor enough, please be clean physically and keep the truck clean. No garbage anywhere in the truck at any time. Clean up after yourself and we will be best of partners. There is room to grow with me and potential to get paid more, starting pay is 100$ per day + tips from customers. My last guy averaged anywhere from $1500 to $2000 per every 12-14 day trip. Do the math that’s almost $4000 a month cash. Job is really not hard at all but you do have to be away from home a lot so if you are willing to make that sacrifice while the economy is crashing and our country is in the worst shape it’s ever been reach out and let’s make this money.
