A unique interactive way to experience relaxation and pain-release techniques
Here's your chance to explore the basics of bodywork with an ancient healing art of Thailand! Thai Yoga combines compression and movement techniques to relax, release, and realign the body.
Participants will learn and be guided through: breathing, gentle movement, and hands-on techniques. There will be an opportunity for participants to receive techniques.
All abilities and body types are welcome!
Recommended for participants:
-wear comfortable clothing
-bring water
-bring a mat, blanket or towel
