This hour long training session is focused on the glutes. However, Coach Cathy will also run you through legs, shoulders, abs and some arm work.
Yo do not need to be a member of Train 8NINE to participate. You'll be welcomed in one of Miami's long-standing and best CrossFit gyms.
Bring a friend, a towel and an energetic attitude and be prepared to get a booty-building workout.
