Hello my name is RoJohn Webster owner of RJ's Roadside Services LLC,. We have been in business for 5 years, Based in MI trying to relocate here to AZ. I'm here fresh in this wealthily open market and I'm ready to expand by adding drivers to my team. The gig/position I'm looking to be filled requires the 1099 (Independent Contractor) to have the following. - A smart phone with service - A Vehicle (preferred anything good on gas as you supply your own gas) - A low profile floor jack - Four Way/Impact Drill (Necessary sockets 13mm, 17mm 19mm, 21mm, 11/16 3/4, 7/8) 3/4, 7/8 and equivalent are the main ones - Jumper cables/Jump Box - Lockout Tools (AirJack only) (if you don't have, that's fine to start) - At least 2 gallon fuel container The Recues are as such: Fuel Delivery (You will be reimbursed $5 so only give $5 per rescue) Jump Start Lockouts Tire Change The know how to do all these things without being told how too or a quick learner preferred. Lockout is optional If you have a tow truck with insurance I could use you as well of course bigger payouts from below What I'm offering Compensation wise. One of the companies main contracts is with Allstate GHRN Its a big open market here but there's still competition which allows the companies to payout what they see fit. WTBS the following is a breakdown. GHRN pays a base pay of $16.50 for Rescues (Per). I'm offering my contractors $12.50 (per recue) with $0.50 added per mile driven over 30miles one way. A Gone on a rival (GOA) will be issued if the customer is not there by the time you make it. At this point I will still pay you $12 + $0.50 per mile over 30miles. (I call this the route work) (if you can average 40 calls a week) I'll pay a bonus of $40 that pay period. Payday will be every Wednesday (Cashapp, Paypal, Zelle or Cash) are available options. No checks yet until we settle on a Union down here. Our next Big Contract is Honk they offer bigger payouts. Now with this contract, I'm offering Half of the rescue payout. if half falls below $12.50 you will still be paid $12.50 but if half is anything above (so anything over $25) you will make more. For them the longer you drive the higher pay. (No mileage bonus) You get 10 great reviews (have to show up on time, carried professionally and courteous) Bonus pay $40 paid at the end of the pay period. All other recues will be paid at the rate of $17 per rescue for small vehicle contractors with $0.25 per mile over 30miles. Tow trucks I'm offering Half of every job base $40 with $0.25per mile over 30miles one way Other benefits: Monthly cell phone stipend ($35) Paid on the period of the first week of the month Successfully complete 160 rescues in a month $160 bonus paid first week of the following month and much more.
