My 19-year-old nephew is missing

My 19-year-old nephew ran away Tuesday afternoon. He is in a psychosis / schizophrenic state. He was wearing a red print shirt with a green vest, gray sweats and gray Adidas tennis shoes. He also has all of his belongings and a rolling Green suitcase. I'm very concerned because it's been days and the police have not located him. He's not from here has barely been here one week so he does not know anyone or the area. Please please be on the lookout and let me know if you see anything. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
