Fix and flip contractor is looking for a Professional Painter Some one is who is Available, Efficient, and works more than 3 hours a day. I am not looking for fast but, I do need some one who does not take 6 weeks to paint the interior of a house, can spray or Roll the ceilings, walls and Trim, does not have flashing or a bunch of roller lines, has good cut in lines, knows to caulk holes and trim. These are fix and flip houses and yes we want get in and get out but I am a man who say I want it to look like I would want to live in it too. I don't sell Junk.
