Need drummer to collaborate with—Indie/Gaze/?

Hey! I'm looking for a drummer to collaborate with in Minneapolis, to form a small band with the intention of playing gigs within a couple months. I'm playing guitar and singing. I'm not really sure what the genre is, kinda indie, kinda dream pop, and?? Again, really just need a drummer (no drum machines please) to work with to start, and it would be great if you want to help write songs and are a cool, chill person, that really wants to play in a band and show up to practice twice a week (or even more) You don't need to be spectacular—beginner is fine by me. I'm 38, live in Minneapolis, mellow vibes, reliable, will throw down money on a practice space, work a normal 9–5 job.
