Stolen Cannondale R700 bicycle

Black aluminum Cannondale R700 with white grip tape & silver lettering stolen on 11/18 on Broadway in front of the downtown Oakland YMCA in broad daylight. Has anyone seen this bike and/or the thief?! A witness took footage of the incident and shared it with me. If anyone is interested in seeing the footage then please get in touch with me and I can text it to you. Also, if anyone has suggestions for where I could post the footage, please let me know. Perhaps there is an account about bicycle theft in Oakland / the Bay Area on Twitter or Instagram or Facebook? Thanks
