I would happily say that the prosecution failed to convict Kyle Rittenhouse Friday. Love the fact that the prosecutor pointed a AR at the Jury with his finger on the trigger. That is a big no no in the courtroom. Was he trying to intimidate the juries? It looks like it backfired for the them in the end.
