Grateful Greetings; Hetero-cis, culturally expansive and inviting/welcoming, single, friendly, energetic, sober, Bhuddist (Vipassana, quiet), female, clinical social worker, mediator, music/bike/dance loving, independent, non-violent communicating (NVC), community and diversity-oriented, doula/nanny, in transition seeking long term housing in (greater) Santa Cruz area; Felton, Santa Cruz, Live Oak, Capitola, Aptos, Watsonville, etc. Described as organized, tidy, clean (sparkly clean!), “particular” yet open and flexible, outdoor enthusiast (gardening, shoveling, chopping, digging, building, planting, hiking, biking, etc.) Previous history of longer-term (rental) tenancy and currently relocating to West Coast from Vermont following six years in Pacific Northwest, one year in Vermont. Born and raised in Bay Area, ready to return and finish my life learning. I am a UCSC (College 10/Lewis College Community Studies major) Alum!!! Go SLUGS! My pup (German Shepard/Lab mix) and I are open to securing one or two bedroom (furnished or unfurnished) housing or tiny house on acreage, cohousing (with solo bathroom and/or share/solo kitchen), ‘in-law’ or suburban/shared house unit. Open and willing to share chores or other household duties as exchange for utilities/lower rent (or not) (pet/house sitting, child care [COVID (pod, bubble) style], meal sharing, etc.) with parking (one midsized SUV) included/accessible. Preferably w/d in unit Still seeking employment and likely can afford $1500-$2100/month rent. My plan is to be in area July 2022, with July 2022 move in. I'm open to Zooming in the mean time.
