Description

Performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, trash disposal rest rooms and window cleaning - Executing on a specific task list based on our needs - Inform supervisor of low supply inventory - Inspect all assigned areas daily and reporting any discrepancies to immediate Supervisor - Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing work - Maintain a friendly, professional, can-do attitude - Maintain all equipment in working order - Complete daily work orders and forms - Occasionally perform casual labor such as lifting - Conduct all work with the highest personal and professional standards Skills: - Self- Starter - Highly Motivated - Excellent Customer Service - Ability to use new equipment - Ability to drive to multiple locations as needed - Requirements: - Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation - Clean driving record - Current insurance on vehicle and good driving record - Insurable and background check required - Drug free work place - Maintenance and Cleaning experience preferred but willing to train Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Paid time off • Experience: • Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) Work Location: Multiple Locations
