Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 11/20/2021 5:00 AM 11/19/21 2021-3288, Burglary from Motor Vehicle: On 11/19/21 at 5:55 p.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Circle Drive East in Oswego Township for a report of a burglary from motor vehicle.  This investigation is on-going. 2021-3288, Burglary from Motor Vehicle 2021-3289, Aggravated Speeding: On 11/19/21 at 10:37 p.m., deputies stopped a vehicle for travelling 107 mph in a 55 mph zone near IL Route 71 and Regal Oak Ct. in Oswego Township.  The driver, Jose Gael Guerrero Cabral, a 23-year-old male from the 600 block of S. Norway St. in Newark, was cited for speeding 35+ mph over the speed limit and released on a recognizance bond.   The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
