Need sound expert

I’m looking for a sound expert that can help me measure and detect noise frequencies. Ultra or infra sounds that can’t be detected by normal hearing range. I’ve tried a few apps but I’m not sure how reliable they are. We’ve got a situation with unusual equipment being used close to our residence and have been experiencing some symptoms.
