Electrian needed for help with 3 way switches

Hi, I bought a handful of smart light switches. I can do the simple single pole installs just fine but I'm struggling on the 3 way switches. I'm looking for someone to spend 2-3 hours setting up a handful of switches and showing me what I'm doing wrong.
