The Brooks Institute for Animal Rights Law and Policy is a US-based independent think tank pursuing a paradigm shift in human responsibility towards, and value of, nonhuman animals by advancing animal law, animal policy, and related interdisciplinary studies.We are seeking a full-time administrative assistant to provide critical support to our Directors to ensure the team’s time and energy are spent on the highest priority tasks to advance the organization’s mission and goals. A mission-minded team member with a can-do can-learn attitude. An individual that will prioritize the Institute, work synergistically with our small team, pitch in wherever and however, with a supportive and positive personality.The ideal candidate has strong administrative skills, as well as graphic design, website back-end and event planning experience (or the ability and eagerness to independently learn). This role is responsible for a combination of administrative, systems, and research related tasks. The ideal candidate will be passionate and have a genuine respect and desire for advancing protections for all animals.
