Press release from the City of Tulsa: 11/19/2021 South Jackson Avenue has closed this week between West 22nd Street and West 23rd Street for sanitary sewer construction for the River West housing development. The road closure will be in effect until Dec. 20.  Through the Improve Our Tulsa sales tax, the City of Tulsa is constructing infrastructure – waterlines, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and roadway – to support the River West new housing development, for which the Tulsa Housing Authority received a HUD Choice Neighborhood Grant in 2018.
