Description
The Barn and Pantry in Dixon, CA is looking for one assistant manager to join our 15 person strong team. We are located on 151 West A Street. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and engaged. Must be available mornings 6:30am-2pm, preferred schedule Sunday- Thursday morning shift, Friday- Saturday off. Some flexibility for 4 days per week schedule.
Responsibilities
Manage ordering inventoryServe customers and work closely with the kitchen to provide top notch serviceBe self sufficient working front counter coffee and food service solo on slower morningsEnsure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate serviceEnsure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met
Qualifications
Restaurant experience a mustExcellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workersPossess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and cultureAbility to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurantStrong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
