JOB ALERT! – CORPUS CHRISTI ATTENTION Construction Project Managers and Superintendent Williams Construction Services, LLC is looking for an experienced individual to pick up an ongoing project in Corpus Christi. Must be able to start immediately. Job /Project description: Monitoring progress on interior painting / drywall repairs. Multifamily apartment complex. Need to be fluent with email, excel and contract negotiations. 7am-5pm Mon-Fri. Project length to be 6-8 months. Responsibilities: - Walk Units to determine Drywall repair levels as well as texture and Paint schedule. - Monitor progress from contractor, report throughout the week to WCS - Maintain WCS Spreadsheet for billing - Need to have transportation to and from work everyday - Punch-walk for touch ups as units are completed - Manage Materials, Project and Coordinate orders with Client onsite to maintain workflow - Manage Client Expectation while also negotiating pricing to maintain profit margin - Stay in communication throughout day with Houston Office *Job responsibilities are not limited to the list above. Experience Needed: - Superintendent/Supervision Experience - Construction Project Management - Email, Excel, Word - 5 Years Minimum Construction Experience - College Experience Preferred - English Required Requirement: Must be able to pass Background Check and Drug Test Compensation: $1000-$1850 - 1099- Per Week Based on Experience ******* Serious Inquiries ONLY *******
