Some scammers will have out of state phone number, they will not answer the phone, they always they are at work or out of town, they will not provide address. They will ask for deposit to hold animal u will loose and not even know where the deposit went to. Ask for address, talk to them on phone or ask even for photo id, if they refuse it's a scam.
