Boss Management Group is looking for a Vice President to work directly with the President on a daily basis. Some of the tasks of the Vice President would be to be in daily contact with the General Managers of each location, the executive assistant of the company, Accountants, Lawyers, Sponsorships, Promoters, Landlords, Business Owners & much more. Traveling to our other locations, will be necessary. This is a FULL TIME position & anyone hired must sign a non compete & non disclosure agreement. The President is a Street Smart, outgoing entrepreneur who started from the bottom 26 years ago as a Bartender and created a successful empire. We are looking for someone who has a different skill set & could balance out the company. We are looking for a well educated book smart, organized, hard working individual. MUST BE A STRONG LEADER! Honest, Loyal, Reliable & HARD WORKING are musts! Law degree a plus but not a must. We prefer someone who is good at technology & handy. We are wide open to any ideas that would make our company more successful. Nightlife experience preferred but not a must. Currently we own 7 Nightclub Venues, 1 Real Estate project, 4 Consulting projects, a sports card company, a sports handicapping company, & a full marketing firm. We are expanding so rapidly & the President, General Managers, & the entire team needs help. We are currently in the Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Dallas, Houston, & Cedar Falls, Iowa markets, however we have done business in all Major North American Cities; Chicago, Miami, Cancun, San Fran, Phoenix, Boston ETC. None of our General Managers or Employees receive flat rates. Everyone works on a percentage of revenue. We want hard working individuals who will produce revenue in order to share in the revenue. When things work, you can make 10x what a typical salary is. It's not for everyone, so if you are only looking for a flat rate, please DO NOT APPLY!
