Young cat/kitten for adoption

Hello, I have a friendly gray male cat/kitten that is about 5 months old that I'm looking to find a good home for. He must be indoor only. He is super friendly and not aggressive in the slightest which is great. Im not even a cat person and I love this little guy. He even likes belly rubs! I just can't keep him since my roommate has a dog that would torment the kitty. He would get along well with other pets that are good with cats though. Hes even friendly with my pet rabbits. Small adoption fee of $50 includes a good amount of food and some litter. He is fixed, and handle just recent gotten all his shots. I have all the paperwork. He sheds extremely little which makes me think he may be part Russian blue. Im slightly allergic and he hasn't bothered me at all after I started bathing him weekly and giving him a low allergy diet.
