Firstly if you are already driving such as delivery, insurance, other inspection types, Uber/Lyft, etc you can add this in pretty seamlessly. Main function of the job is conducting visual observations of residential and commercial properties on a regular basis. You are inspecting for occupancy, general property condition and any adverse safety or environmental issues. You will use a mobile app so a decent phone is a must. A GPS may help but you can also use the built in GPS in the app. Lastly a fuel efficient vehicle is a bonus. We are looking for Taos and surrounding counties. If you like driving and being independent this is great for you.
