BOUQUETS has been re-scheduled for Tuesday, March 9, 2021. BOUQUETS 2021 features Greg Campbell and Erick New, co-owners of Garden District in Memphis, along with Elizabeth Heiskell, popular cookbook author, TV personality and chef in Oxford, MS. They will take the stage for an engaging presentation on entertainment and floral design, charming the crowd with stories of their friendship that spans over 20 years. Embracing the farm-to-table movement many years ago, floral designers Greg and Erick traveled coast-to-coast to learn more about the farmers and growers who supply their business, eventually leading to their book, Florists to the Field. Elizabeth was born and raised in the Mississippi Delta and began her journey at the Culinary Institute of Hyde Park, NY. She returned to her roots and served as lead culinary instructor at the Viking Cooking School in Greenwood, MS and currently lives in Oxford where she began her catering business and private label, "Debutante Farmer." A Today Show contributor who has been featured in Southern Living magazine, Elizabeth has written three cookbooks and is currently developing her fourth. BOUQUETS is the biennial fundraiser benefitting the projects of the Shreveport Garden Study Club.
