Private real estate agent/investor looking for a driven, self-starter individual -- this would be a great fit for someone who has been looking for the perfect opportunity to get into real estate! In the immediate future, this opportunity will take less than a part-time schedule and it will expand toward full-time as we grow our property portfolio in the Cleveland area. Portfolio currently consists of three (3) multi-family buildings and three (3) single homes all on the west side of Cleveland and surrounding suburbs. Responsibilities include tenant assistance, general property maintenance, contractor coordination, keeping watch for new real estate investment opportunities, and other duties as assigned. Requirements/Qualifications - Handyman experience is helpful and preferred, but not required. - Must be 18 or older - Valid drivers license and auto insurance - Mobile phone with data plan is required - Must be able to pass a drug test Serious inquiries only.
