Our next LEX 530 Wine Dinner will be on Friday, February 12, 2021, in Elkhart and will feature live music by Checkmark Sallie. Our next LEX 530 Wine Dinner will be held on Friday, February 12, 2021, at the LEX 530 Event Center in Elkhart, IN. This Valentine’s Day Wine Dinner will feature premium wines selected by LEX 530 Wine Director, Stan Minden, to pair with Executive Chef Chad Coryn’s delectable four-course dinner. This dinner will also feature live music by Checkmark Sallie. The event begins at 6:00 pm with dinner starting at 6:30 pm. Each course is listed below. The wines have not yet been finalized. Reception: Passed hors d'oeuvres. Paired with an assortment of different wine options. First Course: Caesar salad, brioche, parmesan and smoked herring dressing. Second Course: Winter squash bisque, maple-bourbon cream and spiced pepitas. Third Course: Beef tenderloin and lobster tail, potato purée, broccolini and red-shallot demi. Fourth Course: Flourless chocolate torte, Grand Marnier ice cream, pistachio and burnt orange caramel. We look forward to seeing everyone at this delightful Valentine’s Day Wine Dinner. Lexington Avenue in Elkhart. Guests must be at least 21 years of age, with a valid ID. Tickets are $100.00 (tax not included). You must purchase your ticket by noon on Friday, February 5th.
