Expect a full time schedule all year long. Exterior Maintenance Tech: This position will lead you to being trained in roof cleaning and minor repairs, gutter cleaning, some mild landscaping, pressure washing/ soft washing, and holiday light installation in the holiday months. Some knowledge of a pressure washer, ladders, and general home maintenance would be great. Please inquire if you are motivated and ready to work. Have great communication skills. Have a valid drivers license. Are prepared to be in a uniform daily. Days typically start from 8am-5pm. Although they vary, due to jobs being completed.
