Description
Our client is seeking motivated Construction Laborers to join a team responsible for primarily residential and some commercial roofing and framing work. Our client is well-established and highly respected organization who has been a leading residential roofing specialist in Arizona since 1988 and in Texas since 2008.

Compensation/Schedule
· Offering a starting hourly pay between 18-25/hr, based on experience (1.5x OT) plus incentives and an exceptional employee benefit package.
· 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday (no weekends). Starting between 4:30am - 5:30am, ending between 2:30pm - 3:30pm.
Qualifications/Requirements
· 1-2 years of outside construction/labor experience (Roofing or Framing is a plus).
· Any previous exposure to or experience involving fall protection is a huge plus.
· Comfortable with labor intensive work in an outdoors environment.
· Reliable, strong team-player.
· Bi-Lingual (English & Spanish is a plus).
