Large tan colored dog seen in NE Heights

I saw a golden/ tan colored large dog running around off Spain and Morris in front of the Mesa Del Oso luxury apartments. He looks to be a large Lab mix. I wasn't able to catch him. He came up excited for a pet, I tried to get him in the car, however he seemed to get a big scared at that point and didn't even want to be pet after that. I sat nearby for a while and he seems to be hanging out in this area. He is a bit skinny, may have been outside for a while. Hip bones are showing, no collar.looks to be about middle aged. Hope someone knows this pupper and comes to get him asap...makes me very sad to see lost animals...would have picked him up if I could..
