We are a preservation company looking for contractors to join our company as sub-contractors to take on all aspects of property preservation work. Serving all of New Jersey. Work within aday of all paperwork received ! You must have previous knowledge of all of these types of work: -Winterizations -Lock Changes -Roof Work -Pool Covering -Lawn Care -Window/Door Boarding -Clean outs -Full rehab jobs -Mold abatement/remediation -**Must be willing to travel - If you are not willing to travel, please do not apply for this job! Must have: -Truck -All necessary tools -General liability AND workers compensation insurance -A crew if you wish to take on bigger jobs. -Valid driver's license - Must be able to pass a background check We are looking for subcontractors that are willing to work during the week and weekends to get jobs done. We do follow strict due dates from our clients and have penalties on late orders. Pay is bi weekly. Send contact information along with brief intro to your company.
