Guitarist in Search of Bandmate/Jam partner

I'm a 28-year-old guitarist and budding singer-songwriter looking for fellow musicians to jam and possibly record music with, ideally a drummer or bassist. I'd prefer to play with someone similar in age, and at a similar technical level. I am by no means the most technically gifted player. I'm really just looking at this as a way to have fun making music--nothing too serious. Here's a few bands/artists I like: Sonic Youth, The Beatles, the Go-Betweens, The Velvet Underground, Parquet Courts, Captain Beefheart, Courtney Barnett, Elvis Costello, Tom Waits, The Who, Beastie Boys, etc. What are some of yours?
