Lost dog sighting

Description

Spotted this dog running in the middle of the street. Tried my best to catch them, followed them around the entire circled area before it ran off into the forested area where I couldn't follow it anymore. This dog almost got hit multiple times and is very skittish. Hopefully someone recognizes it and can try to get it to come to them.
