All we ask for is honesty, dependability, and a great work ethic. We are the most respected Andersen Certified Installer in the country. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for installing the best and most recognized window name in the industry. All materials for each job will be provided to you at our warehouse each morning. Focusing on residential installations, you would be expected to drive to the jobsite every day and complete installations in a timely, high quality manner. If you're good with your hands, and have construction experience this is the job for you! Experience in Construction/ Window and Door Installations is helpful but not required. As a member of our team we expect the following: -Use of your own hand tools -Dependable form of transportation to the office each day -Valid Drivers License -Ability to pass a background check/drug test -Ability to maintain a safe and clean environment -Basic Carpentry skills including use of power tools -Physical stamina -Flexible Schedule -Daily communication with our customers Requirements/Qualifications: -*Inspect the area prior to installation* -Install new construction or replacement windows and doors -Complete the installation in a timely manner without sacrificing quality -Climb ladders or scaffolding -Modify existing openings -Load and unload windows and doors to and from jobsite -Interior and exterior trim work -Caulk and cap new windows -Clean jobsite during and after completion -Perform a post-installation inspection to ensure customer satisfaction
