Role Description: We are looking for a Facilities Team Manager to lead the facilities function at both its headquarters location in Springfield PA and well as its second location in Broomall PA. This role will includes the leadership of a small team to ensure that the facilities are client and associate ready, safe, impeccable, and represent the Gap International brand. Responsibilities: • Lead the team in the delivery and execution • Lead a team to ensure both locations are client and associate ready • Develop procedures and processes and ensure they are followed to create safe, secure and impeccable environment. Perform audits to ensure accuracy and service reliability • Manage all facilities efficiently and cost effectively, always looking for the best way to approach corrective maintenance work to achieve the best outcome • Performs property walk throughs at all locations and add any items found to the work order system • Ensure work is scheduled and resourced to provide reliable and efficient completion Manage relationships with vendors to represent Gap International’s intentions. Review and renegotiate all contracts as applicable • Check fire panel, security computer, and security cameras, log discrepancies and create work orders for corrective actions as needed • Communicate and ensure delivery of cleaning contracts at all locations • Perform fire drills (announced and unannounced) • Manage stock for inventory: bulbs, consumables, etc • Ensure inspections are completed as needed: Elevator, fire extinguishers, backflow preventers, sprinklers, kitchen exhaust, boilers • Ensure security and access control system is in working condition and any issues are resolved and documented in the workorder system • Conduct monthly budget reconciliation Qualifications: • 10+ years’ prior management experience • 5+ years’ prior facilities experience • Team leadership experience • Facilities management certification preferred • Associates/Bachelors degree preferred If you are interested, please reply with your resume to the email provided.
