I believe that I am going to be in need of a driver for 45 days starting December 1 or so. Will need transportation for one person daily from my home in Marshall, Wisconsin to my construction jobsite in Juneau, Wisconsin and back, about a 70 minute round trip, plus possible errands during the day. Other than getting me to and from work, the arrangement is pretty flexible. There may be a need to occasionally drive my 16’ cube van as well. If you live in or near Juneau, you could be kind of “on call” at home most of the day. Or, if you are coming from somewhere else and hanging around for 7-8 hours per day, you could help with light construction-related work, like cleanup or moving material, but that’s not a requirement at all. Because of the uncertainty of the arrangement, I don’t know what to offer. If it’s just the two round trips, maybe $80/day and you supply fuel, insurance, etc? I am open to negotiating other terms. Seems like this could be a nice opportunity for a retiree, or homemaker, or someone with a light handicap to get out and earn a little Christmas money, but again, I’m open to anything or anyone who can be responsible, reliable, and available as needed!
