Hardwood floor refinishing needed

We have been doing a DIY remodel and we are close to the point of getting our hardwood floors sanded, stained, and polyurethane. The floor wood is oak. We are contemplating either a grey or a black finish on the floor so we are looking for someone with experience in this. We see there are different types of stains, reactive etc. There are a few things we have going on that should make the job easier. Since we are in the final steps of updating our kitchen cabinets, they are able to move easily. The wood trim around the perimeter is cut but yet to be attached. Right now we are just trying to get a high level idea how much this project will cost. If you can give us a ball park from the info provided we will decide if it fits our budget and set up coming out to look at it if it makes sense.
