Get paid to learn a trade. 20+ year old highly reputable painting business looking for individuals who want to learn & excel. No prior painting experience required. Work is steady, pay is weekly, and no nights or weekends are required. Paid holidays, vacation, bonuses & other benefits are available, based on longevity. To be considered, applicants must: Have a valid driver's license & reliable transportation (work is throughout Pinellas County) Be able to work M-F 7:30-4 consistently Have a strong work ethic & positive attitude Be able to lift & move 50lbs gallons of product, large ladders, painting equipment, etc. Be comfortable working from ladders, and eventually swing stages and/or boom lifts Be able to understand instructions given in English This position entails learning the painting trade from the ground up. Duties start with things such as pressure washing, equipment moving & cleaning, basic taping & masking. Once the basics are learned, this position quickly advances into learning more technical skills, that can provide you with steady long term employment opportunities. The higher level of skills learned, the higher compensation you are able to earn. Paint foreman/crew leaders can earn up to $50k a year. Reply to this ad if you are interested.
