RPM is hiring subcontractors with their own pick up trucks. We pay top pay per house. We provide all the equipment, Commercial grade blowers, shovels, etc. Including $16/hour for your 2nd person in the truck. Routes take about 6-8hrs and pays out $450-$$600 per snow fall depending on the size of the houses.
