We are looking for someone to quote an add on to our existing office in San Bernardino. Scope - Bathroom, Office area and Breakroom Size: Approximately 8'x30' add on plus utilizing some existing space for improvement. Ideal configuration - We plan on reconfiguring a portion of the existing office space for a bathroom then using the add on for office and break room. This add on will be in the warehouse area attached to the current office space and we would like it two story so we can utilize the area above for secured storage. We would like wood framed construction and will require underground plumbing tie in for the bathroom and kitchenette area which is currently in line with existing plumbing. Building details - Concrete tilt up, free span, on septic with natural gas. The interior office space was completely remolded not too long ago.
