***$500.00 HIRING BONUS AFTER 120 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT*** JOB SUMMARY: Under supervision of the Shop foreman, the employee will work in the warehouse, cutting closet wire shelving, maintaining inventory, loading and unloading trucks. Other duties as directed by shop foreman. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES: Use of hand tools and power tools, able to perform math conversions. Must follow all safety policies and procedures. The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Some form of construction experience. Must pass all hiring tests and requirements as identified by Human Resource Department. Preferred Experience: Construction Work Skills: Basic bath conversions. Ability to read a tape measure. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision. Reliable Works well with others WORKING CONDITIONS: Occasional exposure to dust, noise, heat/cold, weather elements. Use of safety equipment: goggles, hardhats, sleeves, gloves are required when handling glass/mirrors. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The ability to be on your feet, to reach, grasp, pull and bend for eight hours at a time. The ability to climb a ladder. The ability to lift items up to (75) pounds through out the eight-hour shift. The ability to work overtime and weekends, as needed.
