We're having a Holiday Party on Saturday December 4, in the afternoon. Looking for a person that can chop, slice, heat things up, sauté, arrange platters. Want an individual that can take the food purchased, prepare (mostly bake/reheat) and make it look nice on plates or platters For example: Add Creme Fraiche to latkes, sprinkle chopped parsley on top of dishes, place items in an appetizing way, ensure food looks tasty and presentable. Party starts at 2:00. Would love a start time of 11:00 to get organized, familiarize themself with the oven/stove/kitchen, etc. Hours would be 11:00 - 6:00. This is a paid gig of course.
