As a key member of the Superior Restoration mitigation team, this role is best suited for someone that displays exceptional leadership, drive for excellence and the ability to develop and mentor an engaged team. This role is responsible for the oversight and management of the project cycle for the mitigation department. This role will provide direction and coordination of all field activities related to the technicians, trade partners, estimating the loss and managing the lifecycle of the job.  Superior Responsibilities * Manage day to day operations within the Mitigation and Contents department   * Lead and coach a team of Mitigation Technicians and Supervisors * Exercise employee engagement by demonstrating value and appreciation for the job  * Maintain a strong team by consistently recruiting new talent and developing existing team members * High value in providing exceptional customer service within and outside of the organization * Assessing and Analyzing departmental budgets to find ways to minimize expenses and optimize profitability.  * Ability to proactively pursue marketing opportunities * Point of contact for issue resolution  * Estimate and Manage Mitigation projects  * Develop business plans and manage budget on jobs  * Review job profitably and analyze financial reports pertaining to the mitigation department * Communicate and negotiate with insurance professionals * Respond to property damage emergency calls when needed Superior Requirements  * Must have Leadership and Management experience, preferably in the restoration industry * Experience in running a department of 4-6 million in revenue with the ability to scale upwards with company growth * Restoration experience is preferred, but not required * Possess exceptional organizational and planning skills (detailed oriented person) * Ability to recognize and solve problems independently * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Self-motivated, responsible and accountable Superior Technical Skills Preferred * Xactimate 28  * Google Software  * DASH/ or Industry specific software knowledge  Superior Benefits We offer a wide range of competitive benefits.  Medical  Dental Vision  Life  401k match Paid Time Off Holiday Pay  Superior Compensation  Starting salary: $90k base dependent on experience Gain Share  Company Vehicle Company laptop and phone  Superior Swag  We provide employees with different types of superior wear depending on your role.
